Learning Programme

Spending clearly.
Deciding with data.

Most people know they overspend somewhere. Fewer know exactly where, or by how much. This programme gives you a working method — not a mindset shift — for tracking, categorising, and adjusting expenses in a way that holds up month after month.

What the programme covers

Each module addresses a distinct layer of personal budgeting — from recording what you spend to building review habits that prevent drift.

Sessions run live with an instructor, not pre-recorded. You bring your own figures, work through real scenarios, and leave each session with something concrete: a completed tracker, a revised category list, or a tested monthly plan. Participants choose between group cohorts — where shared discussion often surfaces issues you hadn't considered — or private instruction for a tighter focus on your specific situation.

Expense Mapping

Identifying every spending category in your life, including irregular and annual costs that most budgets miss entirely.

Weeks 1–2

Budget Frameworks

Comparing allocation methods — envelope, zero-based, percentage-split — and selecting the one that fits your income pattern.

Weeks 3–4

Tracking in Practice

Building a weekly recording habit using spreadsheet templates, with session time dedicated to reviewing actual entries.

Weeks 5–6

Monthly Review Cycles

Structuring end-of-month reviews so variances get caught early and the budget adjusts without starting from scratch.

Weeks 7–8

Group vs. Private — choosing your format

Group cohorts run on fixed schedules with six to twelve participants. Private sessions are booked independently and cover your actual data in detail. Both formats include the same four modules; the difference is pacing, discussion, and how directly the instructor addresses your specific figures. Many participants start in a group and add a private session for their month-one review.

Four steps from enrolment to working budget

Spending assessment

A short intake questionnaire maps your current income, fixed obligations, and known variable costs before your first session.

Format selection

Choose group cohort or private instruction — or a combination. Your schedule and how much direct feedback you want are the main factors.

Live module sessions

Work through four modules with an instructor. Each session ends with a task applied to your own data, not a generic exercise.

First review cycle

At the end of month one, a structured review session checks whether the budget held, identifies where it drifted, and adjusts the model.

Common questions

Practical details about enrolment, format, and what to expect during the programme.

No prior accounting or financial background is required. The programme starts from practical everyday spending and builds from there. Participants with no experience and those who already track loosely both find the structure useful.

Most participants complete the four modules across six to eight weeks, attending sessions once or twice per week. Private instruction can run faster depending on availability and how much between-session work you complete.

Yes. You can combine formats — attending group workshops for concept sessions and booking private slots for personalised review. This hybrid approach is common, particularly for the monthly review at the end of module four.

Sessions use spreadsheet templates provided by Nucafey, compatible with both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. No paid software is required. The templates are designed to be maintained after the programme ends without instructor support.
