Nucafey provides an online educational platform focused on expense budgeting. Services include group sessions, individual lessons, personalised learning paths, and live interaction with instructors. The specific features available to you may depend on your subscription plan or the type of access you have purchased.

4.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

• Share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access the Platform through your account

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or related systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform
• Engage in conduct that harasses, intimidates, or harms other users or instructors
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Use the Platform to advertise or promote third-party products or services without our prior consent

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, graphics, text, software, logos, and instructional resources, is the exclusive property of Nucafey or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over Platform content.

7.2 Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Nucafey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any content.

7.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform, including comments, questions, or materials uploaded during sessions, you grant Nucafey a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and reproduce such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

8.1 Fees

Access to certain features or sessions may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise Nucafey to charge the applicable amount using your selected payment method.

8.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains accurate and up to date.

8.3 Refunds

8.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

14.3 Effect of Termination

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
